  • There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term support for deeper healing and personal growth.

  • In most situations, yes. Therapy is a confidential space. During our first session, we’ll review confidentiality and discuss the limited exceptions required by law.

  • That’s completely okay! Many people start therapy knowing something doesn’t feel right but aren’t sure exactly what they need. We can work together to explore what’s bringing you in and identify goals along the way!
