Hi, I’m Liz!
I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded in hope. I work with adult women, children, adolescents, and families, and have experience across residential, PHP/IOP levels of care, and outpatient community settings.
My work is rooted in a relational, trauma-informed approach, meaning I prioritize connection and trust as the foundation for change. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and understood, while also being gently supported toward growth.
I also believe that showing up as a therapist means showing up as a human. I value authenticity and real connection in the room, and aim to create a space that feels both professional and genuine.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI) in the state of Florida under the supervision of Kristina Dawson, LMHC, LPC, QS.
